Hey, Im new. I found a link to this forum from The Beard Board. There havent been alot of people joining this one, so I though I would, to help the statistics!

My name is Dustin, I'm 17. I live in Illinois right now, but my true home is in the west. Montana and Idaho are my places. I like art, literature, reading, writing, and learning. Basically, I'm the opposite of the stereotypical 17 year old. I like nature, and being outside. I knit, crochet, sew, and alter my clothes myself. If I need a bag or a warm hat, I make one. People at school would say im a "hippie type", although I my hair or beard is not nearly long enough to fit into that stereotype, yet.

I cut off my hair a few months ago, and am in progress of growing it back. Im also growing out my beard. I havent shaved since October 9th. I've never gone without shaving before, so this is a learning experience. My antishaving goal is 120 days, but who knows, maybe I'll never shave again.
